I visited 211 Executive Dr #3, Newark, DE 19702 March 3rd 2024. I checked in at 5:45 p.m.. the young lady at register asked if I had skyzone socks and I replied "yes" genuinely thinking they were skyzone and not urban air socks. I proceed to take kids to jump they see it's urban air they both came running up to me saying you can't jump in those. The manager Sandy continues to say I'm a violater which she was saying as a joke but it was uncomfortable. I talked to her and said your energy is weird over socks. She apologized. Later she runs up to a obsticle course and proceeds to tell my kids one at a time which I would think nothing of if she didn't approach me aggressively as soon as I walked in. Sandy then comes to my family at 630 pm before I my time was up I still have 15 minutes and she says your time is up and I said calmly my time is up at 645pm she said please wait while she comforted with other cashier then puts her thumbs up to confirm I was correct. Sandy literally harassed my family solely for whatever reason and I'm terribly upset. I went for a night out with kids and family and she made me feel on edge and uncomfortable. My phone number is 347-806-****. I have worked I'm customer service my whole life so I know their are more negative reports than good so I normally never write a whole statement to possibly jeopardize someone's job. I never felt this way before.

A unauthorized charge to my account

I took my family there on Christmas break and the girl told me she could get me a discount / deal that would be cheaper and I ask it's one time to won't charge me later again she said no it's one time charge or until we come back again. I was OK. Well today I was at work and stop at a store on brake and tried to use my card, and it was saying my balance was lower than I thought. It couldn't be right do I called my bank and come find out sky zone in vestal NY charge yesterday 2/29/2024 at 2:00pm 105.00 that I didn't even know about at all if I didn't call my bank I would never know. But I have been trying to get hold of someone to get my money back in my account but been getting b/s head games, and I'm getting more *** off . I know the law and I have been trying to be nice, but I guess not think I'm dum . Lol. What they did is theft and I need the money back I have kids and I work for my money, I count on it .

I have been charged for a monthly membership ever since October 2023 it is now February 2024 I was told my membership had been canceled back in November which was before the November payment should have ever came out yet not only did it come out in November, but its come out every month since October.

I was at the Springfield facilities and l was escorted off the premises because of something that the children did while jumping so when l refused to leave the building without my refund Springfield police department were called humiliated and embarrassed because that gay *** general manager had them at his disposal l held my composure wasn't not unruly or anything had to leave and l paid until closing

I contacted skyzone with enough time to cancel membership for all of the members in my account. I had to type each members ID which are very long and you are not able to copy and paste, but was told that only my account was canceled. They then tried to charge my card which did not have enough funds. I contacted them and they said that only my membership was canceled and that I would have to pay an extra month because I did not contact with enough time, but that is not true because I added all of the members on the form which was not a fun process.

Unprofessional and vulgar manager

Our son went to Sky Zone at Executive Drive in Newark DE, to enjoy the glow night experience with some friends. When my husband and I went to pick him up we were made aware that he had lost his phone in the foam pit. Seeing how emotionally distraught our son was; we went into the establishment to speak with a staff member to see how we can retrieve his phone. Unfortunately, the manager on staff did not show any empathy towards us. We asked if he can give us a few minutes to look for the phone. He mentioned that the facility was closing and that our son should not have gone into the foam pit with his phone. We told him kids make mistakes and we just want to get his phone back. He said we should just buy him another phone and him losing his phone should be a lesson learned. I stated, how you are talking to us is very unprofessional and rude. We then turned to another staff to explain our frustration. The manager stated- I do not know why you are talking to anyone else because I am the manager. We asked the manager when we will be able to get our sons phone back and his response was in one month. We said we cannot wait one month, there has to be a faster process. He said we need to get out of the establishment otherwise he is going to call the cops. My husband and the manager began to exchange words. The manager started approaching my husband with aggression and one of the staff members began to hold the manager back and take him into the office. Another staff member who was sweeping the floor, came in front of us with the broom and banged it on the metal bench we were standing behind to threaten us. We were very upset, and feared that he would strike us. We asked him if the behavior and aggression he was showing towards us is necessary? The manager began yelling at us to get out of the establishment and he is calling the cops. As representatives of Sky Zone, the manager and staffs behavior and demeanor were egregious. I am relieved that there were other families present to witness what we encountered

I submitted cancellation online twice and it never gave me any reference number as a proof of my cancellations. It just said we will send you can email after 1-2 business days which it never did. Then I got a deductions from my credit card and again I have to call SkyZone Toronto and they said, its not them and have to do the cancellations again. Which again, I did! On the same day I got an email about my cancellation but unfortunately they cant give me a refund. So my money that was paid for 5 kids was kind of donated to them.

Where is my refund? I canceled on the 1st. They charged my after on 08t13/23. I tried calling and nobody ever pickup the phone. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. No communication. No customer service. Horrible place and experience. Will never go again

Tried to buy giftcards for Christmas but yiur managers and employees have no clue how to do them. Please get someone from corporate and train these managers. How embarrassing for your business. This place is ran by teenagers that have no clue!!!

Awful Customer Service

We had a birthday party there on October 8th. The AC was not working, the kids and adults were miserable, sweaty and hot. The park had fans running but all that did was circulate the hot air in the building. We asked for compensation for the inconvenience/ failure to communicate the fact the AC was not working before the birthday party. The general manager, Greg stated he would give us a partial refund and to date, that has not occurred. Ive called them multiple times leaving messages and gone to the park twice asking to speak to someone. All I was given was an email address where I can ask for my money back. Customer Service is awful here, do not book your birthday parties at this location!

I took my daughter and some of her friends to SkyZone in July to celebrate her birthday. When I got to the counter to pay the crew member told me I would save money by getting the membership. He told me it was only $30 per month and I can cancel anytime. I got the membership to save money since I had to pay for more than my three. I forgot to cancel it and when my card was charge the following month I saw that it was actually $30 PER KID. I sent a request to cancel and my card was charged again in September an entire month after the first request. I checked my email and saw that I received an email from them saying something about a 3 day commitment before I can cancel. This is just a way for SkyZone to steal peoples money I feel. My kids havent been since July here we are in September and Im the hole $300 because of them. Money that I need for bills! Hopefully someone calls me from management like I asked so this can be resolved.
